Cléone Blake

I was introduced to the piano at the age of five and have been passionate about music throughout my life. I pursued both Music and French from an early age and have a general love of languages which relates to my keen awareness of sound. My musical studies have incorporated both classical and jazz and I currently hold an HonsBMus degree and a postgraduate diploma in French/English translation. Apart from teaching both Music and French at an international college, I am a freelance pianist, accompanist and educator. My favourite instruments include all string instruments especailly the cello and all plucked strings as well as the sax and various non-melodic instruments. Improvisation is my most rewarding musical indulgence.
